Fishery Policy and Legislation

The Fishery Management program develops, evaluates, and implements fishery policy and legislation. It ensures that the policy and legislation are supported by required analyses, and are compliant with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act and other applicable laws.
